Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of dropshipping, the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. filters, personal care) once opened

🔄 How to Request a Return

with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We'll respond within 2 business days.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
