Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Third-Party Fulfilment Our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier (Tradelle) and may ship from warehouse locations outside Ireland, including international hubs. By placing an order, you acknowledge this fulfilment arrangement.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
- Ireland: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Germany / Netherlands / Belgium: 10–18 business days
- Nordic countries (SE, DK, NO, FI): 12–21 business days
- Rest of EU: 10–21 business days
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Import Duties & Customs For orders shipped from outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at mahfuzcalmcozyliving@gmail.com and we will investigate with the supplier.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at mahfuzcalmcozyliving@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Tradelle to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
