Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the date the last item in your order is delivered. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal Log in to your account, go to your Orders page, and submit a return or cancellation request. You can also contact us at mahfuzcalmcozyliving@gmail.com. We will confirm your request within 2 business days.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled/shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

Refund Timeline Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return request or the returned item (whichever is later). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at mahfuzcalmcozyliving@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Perishable goods

Third-Party Fulfilment Disclosure Our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier (Tradelle) and may ship from locations outside Ireland. Delivery times may vary. Any applicable import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Governing Law This policy is governed by Irish law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
