Fulfilment & Delivery Our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier (Tradelle) and may ship from locations outside Ireland. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Conformity of Goods All products sold must conform to the description provided. If a product is defective or does not conform, you are entitled to a remedy under EU Directive 2019/771/EU. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
