14-day right of withdrawal: As an EU customer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving a reason.

How to request: Log in and submit a return from your Orders page, or email mahfuzcalmcozyliving@gmail.com. We'll confirm within 2 business days.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return request or the returned item, whichever is later.

Return shipping: The customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to sealed health/hygiene items once opened, customised or personalised products, or perishable goods.
